By accessing and using IllusionVoice ("Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this Service.

2. Description of Service

IllusionVoice provides AI-powered voice synthesis and voice cloning services. The Service allows users to generate synthetic speech from text and create custom voice models from audio samples.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• One account per user. Multiple accounts are not permitted

4. Subscription and Payment

• Services are provided on a subscription basis
• Plans include monthly character limits as described on our Pricing page
• Payments are processed through Stripe
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Violate any intellectual property rights
• Create voice clones without the consent of the voice owner
• Generate content for fraudulent or deceptive purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

6. Voice Cloning Restrictions

When using our voice cloning feature, you represent and warrant that:

• You have the explicit consent of the person whose voice you are cloning
• You have the legal right to use any audio samples you provide
• You will not use cloned voices to impersonate real individuals
• You will comply with all applicable laws regarding voice cloning

7. Intellectual Property

• You retain ownership of content you create using the Service
• You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
• Our technology and underlying algorithms are our proprietary property
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our Service

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IllusionVoice and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which IllusionVoice operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
