2. Subscription Tiers

We offer the following subscription tiers:

  • Free: Limited usage, no payment required
  • Pro: $5/month - 50,000 characters/month
  • Enterprise: $10/month - 100,000 characters/month

3. Free Trial

New users can try our Free tier with limited character usage before committing to a paid subscription. No payment information is required for the Free tier.

4. Refund Eligibility

Monthly Subscriptions

  • Full Refund: Within first 7 days of initial subscription
  • Pro-rated Refund: Within 14 days for first-time subscribers
  • No Refund: After 14 days or for subsequent billing cycles

Annual Subscriptions

  • Full Refund: Within first 30 days
  • Pro-rated Refund: Within 60 days (50% refund)
  • No Refund: After 60 days

5. What Qualifies for a Refund

We will consider refunds for:

  • Technical issues preventing Service use (not resolved within 48 hours)
  • Billing errors or duplicate charges
  • Service not as described
  • Accidental subscription (within eligible timeframe)

6. What Does NOT Qualify for a Refund

  • Change of mind after the refund period
  • Non-use of the Service
  • Dissatisfaction with voice quality (please contact support first)
  • Violation of Terms of Service resulting in account suspension
  • Character usage exceeding plan limits

7. How to Request a Refund

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Go to Account Settings or Billing
  3. Click "Request Refund" or contact our support team
  4. Provide your reason for the refund request
  5. Our team will review your request within 3-5 business days

8. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method
  • You will receive confirmation via email once processed
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

9. Cancellations

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until the end of the billing period
  • No partial refunds for unused time unless required by law

10. Billing Disputes

11. Stripe Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By using our Service, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Refund disputes may be subject to Stripe's policies.
